I Am Asked to Enter an Authentication Code When Creating an Account or Upon Login
We utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to further enhance security to your Application Center account. This means a unique six-digit Authentication Code will be required at account creation and login. The code is generated and sent to your email or delivered via an Authenticator App.
If you are experiencing issues with MFA, please see the helpful tips below:
- If you are experience issues with the look of the page or having trouble entering your code when using a phone try switching to a computer, as it may be a compatibility issue with your phone.
- If you are not seeing the code in your email inbox, please ensure to check your spam/junk folders as your email settings may be redirecting it there.
- If you were sent a code and you enter it after it has expired you will see an error message. To get a new code, simply enter and resubmit your login credentials.
